Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Trainer & Technical Coach – Infrastructure Services (T&T) to support the development of technical capabilities within infrastructure teams. This role focuses on providing hands-on support in infrastructure operations while contributing to training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enable team growth and service delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate combines foundational infrastructure knowledge with strong communication and coaching skills, supporting both operational activities and continuous learning in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support within infrastructure services, assisting with issue resolution and operational tasks.
  • Support the delivery of infrastructure training and coaching initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
  • Participate in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet operational objectives.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, training materials, and incident records.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to support issue identification and resolution.
  • Promote adherence to best practices, standards, and service delivery processes.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning culture initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure support or related technical roles.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and operations support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Continuous learner with interest in technical development and coaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • Cisco CCENT
    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Experience or interest in training, mentoring, or coaching technical teams.
