Supervisor – Plan Member Administration

GB Member Operations is looking for Supervisor to join our team.   The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.
 

You will be leading a team that provides administration support to our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service. Our clients trust the administration of their group benefits to us and you will be part of a team that delivers outstanding results to those clients and our members.  The Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership, direction and mentoring the team while fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate will be ensuring the achievement of department service, quality goals and commitments through coaching, monitoring, and feedback to the team. Also you will be expected to create and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships to meet/exceed our service level commitments and look for opportunities to improve our service quality that support our customer base.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Plan Member Administration team; this includes resourcing, coaching and motivating staff members through regular feedback, recognition and identifying development opportunities.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from both internal and external customers.
  • Identify client needs, issues and perceptions and develop action plans to ensure a positive client and member experience
  • Coordinate operational functions such as scheduling, planning, processes and quality controls, across multiple teams globally.
  • Seek out new opportunities and participate directly in continuous improvement projects. 
  • Identify service, cost and employee experience improvement opportunities and create action plans to address
  • Support the financial efficiency of PMA through effective management of employee productivity and other efficiencies

Salary range is expected to be between

$56,400.00 CAD - $94,000.00 CAD
