About the Role

The Movetix team is looking for a hands-on Executive, Community (6-Month Contract) to support the execution, trafficking, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns. Despite the title, this role operates closely with Ad Operations and Media execution, focusing on accurate campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and performance tracking across multiple digital platforms in support of Movetix marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and keen to build strong fundamentals in ad operations and digital media execution within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up, trafficking, and launching digital ad campaigns for Movetix across multiple platforms (e.g. social ads, programmatic platforms, ad servers, and direct media buys).

  • Support day-to-day ad operations execution, ensuring campaigns are implemented accurately according to approved media plans, briefs, and timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative assets meet platform specifications, tagging, and launch requirements.

  • Monitor live campaign delivery and pacing, including impressions, clicks, engagement, and spend, and flag any under-delivery or discrepancies promptly.

  • Assist in basic campaign optimisation activities such as pacing adjustments, creative swaps, and audience updates under guidance.

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure correct placements, links, tracking, and reporting accuracy.

  • Track and consolidate campaign performance data, maintaining trackers, dashboards, and post-campaign reports using Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Support troubleshooting of ad delivery, tracking, or reporting issues, working with Media, Tech, or platform partners where required.

  • Maintain clear and organised documentation for all Movetix campaigns, including media plans, creatives, trackers, and performance summaries.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media execution, or ad operations (internship or contract experience acceptable).

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g. social ads, programmatic buying, ad servers, tracking).

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, data, and multiple trackers.

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and monitoring.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Clear communicator and team player with an execution-first mindset.
