Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sumare / SP

Collaborate with 3M innovators around the world
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in the full recruitment process for Brazil and other Latin American countries. Your work will be essential for attracting and selecting top talent, ensuring that 3M continues to innovate and lead in the market.

The impact you will have in this role:

• Collaborate with business leaders to determine current and future needs, translating the global Talent Acquisition strategy into the local reality.
• Identify key and hard‑to‑fill roles, building talent maps to anticipate hiring needs.
• Recruit in Brazil and in some other LATAM countries.
• Support hiring managers by guiding them through the recruitment process from start to finish, acting as a strategic partner.
• Work closely with our service center that supports the onboarding process, ensuring information flow and a successful hiring experience.
• Manage the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Adopt a process improvement mindset, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and working with regional and global teams to align processes.
• Ensure compliance for all recruitment and onboarding activities, following policies and ensuring alignment with local and global rules and guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects with the HR team to improve the candidate and supervisor experience in the recruitment process.
• Serve as the Talent Acquisition representative for Brazil at local HR events and meetings.
• Responsible for compliance, representing the area in audits.

Your Skills and Expertise

To prepare you for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experienced recruiter
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies or as a headhunter is a plus
• Fluent English (required) and fluent Spanish (preferred)
• University degree

Additional qualifications that may help you succeed even more in this role include:

• Ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization, turn ideas into action, and guide the team
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, process management, people assessment capability, and negotiation skills

Work location: This position follows an on-site work model, requiring the employee to be in the office at least four days per week in Sumaré/SP.
