Summary:
As a Security Architect, your day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. You will focus on creating a robust architecture that supports business needs while ensuring optimal performance. Your responsibilities include thorough documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of security operations to a cloud-managed environment, collaborating with various teams to maintain security integrity throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security architecture aligns with evolving business strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve security frameworks to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Monitor and review cloud security operations to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to document and present security strategies clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
