Description -
HP Indigo is a subsidiary of HP Inc., a prominent American corporation with over $50bn annual revenue. Indigo is the leading player in the digital printing industry, with the broadest portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and is one of the largest exporters to Israel.
We are looking for a talent that will lead HP Indigo Spare Parts (SPO) Anaplan (demand planning system), in the SPO planning department, including the business model builder of the system.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of an on-demand planning system that generates the Spare Parts policy, which is the basis for inventory level, purchase order placement, and level of availability.
Model builder of the system, maintaining current forecasting models, and building new models, dashboards & reports.
Business owner of Anaplan, the demand planning system, including interface with IT on any technical issue, and interface with WW & regional planning on business-related issues.
Level of availability KPI business owner
Leading analysis of projects & tasks related to planning, policy, demand, and LOF.
Maintaining the system, including forecasts & safety stock uploads to the ERP system, data accuracy, and policy overrides.
Granting Business User access – Additions / Changes.
Requirements:
Education: Industrial engineering.
Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience as a planner/demand planner
Technical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau and Power BI being advantageous. Basic programming skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal relations: A team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.
Presentation skills: ability to convey a clear message to an audience at different managerial levels.
Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written.
