• Compile, review and analyse on the local overseas MC papers and local BOD paper
• Ensure the overseas MC reports aligns with HO report format
• Prepare the all the Overseas MC reports
• Prepare the BOD paper for overseas
• Finalizing the slides and reports for uploading

• Analyse and validate the reasonableness of the budget and forecast submission from overseas.
• Review reasonableness for overseas cost allocation

• Ensure adequate time is allocated to support the local finance team and business in the country as required.
• Adequate support to regional CEOs for their strategy and QSBMs as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulators and group by the local finance team
• Work with local finance team to develop quantitative metrics to measure success and financial tracking of all new digital initiatives
• Work with China Operation to deliver budgeted share of profit contribution.
