Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing scalable HR operational processes that enhance the employee experience and align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of HR Operations, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional HR teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance across multiple HR service areas.
What You Will Do:
- Lead HR Operations team to achieve performance targets across employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Oversee work allocation and resource planning, ensuring agility in response to changing business needs.
- Assess the impact of HR policy and program changes on operations and implement process adjustments with effective documentation and training.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR operations with broader business strategies.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring audit readiness and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and leadership.
What You Will Have:
- Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Resolving complex issues and promote a culture of service.
- Influencing: Uses persuasive communication and relationship-building to impact decisions and drive alignment across teams.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
- HR Policies, Standards & Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management. Ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- HR Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; Guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives and strategies. Interpret data and propose actionable solutions to workforce challenges.
- HR Operations: Knowledge of human resources policies, operational processes. Ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Improve HR processes, systems, and service delivery to meet business needs.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Leadership expert in HR operations or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and other data analytics tools.
- Fluent in English.

- Master of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related to the field.
- Expert in HR service delivery models and employee experience design.
- Proven ability to implement HR technology solutions and automation.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expert in HR compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
- Ability to translate data insights into strategic HR decisions.
- Expert utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize HR processes
Additional Information:
- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
- This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
- Travel up to 15% is possible, including international travel.
- Valid Travel Visa and Passport.
