The High Voltage Products Business is global technology pioneer accelerating a sustainable energy future. It has a global manufacturing and service footprint on all continents.

In order to support our current growth strategy, the High Voltage Products Business within Hitachi Energy is expanding its manufacturing capabilities increasing production capacity, investing into new production technologies and enhancing the existing assets.

We’re looking to fill the newly created role of Global Capex Implementation Lead to drive global Capex implementation, setting up global process tools and controls.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish solid operational Investment processes

• Harmonize processes to manage major capex implementation projects

• Set-up with IT support budget control and forecasting tools

• Liaise with finance on cash forecasting processes

• Ensure Project management tools are harmonized and applied for all major investment implementations

• Define guidelines for harmonized investment request

• Standardized KPI and reporting tools

• Solutions to analyze capex portfolio

Your Background:

• First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success! You have great leadership skills, never doubt acting and continuously seek knowledge and answers

• Higher education in engineering/technical, Finance or Project Management  experience is beneficial

• You are a positive role model with a supportive and problem solver mind

• You are confident in decision making, can set and reach goals both as a team but also independently

• Ability to approach work with a systematic way of thinking and propose solutions based on great analysis. Expertise of ERP systems is a merit

• Preferably you have experience in realizing major investment projects

• Required good communication skills and a team player

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Be able to work in a global environment
