About the role - fixed term contract:
- A key member of St Vincent’s NSW Business Development & Marketing team, the GP engagement manager is accountable for designing & implementing doctor engagement & education programs that improve their advocacy for St Vincents and its specialist clinicians.
- Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong GP relationships—visit GP practices, nurture local referral networks, and represent St Vincent’s hospital services.
- Planning & delivering educational events and seminars—coordinate content, speakers, and logistics for in person and online education sessions
- Managing via CRM all lead generation and nurturing activities – including the updating and reporting of GP and practice interactions, events campaigns and
About You:
- Tertiary qualification (Health/Business/Marketing) is preferred
- Min 5-8 years relevant healthcare sales/account management experience – GP/clinician liaison or medical liaison background is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, and communication skills.
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Proficient in CRM, Excel, and digital reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and field-oriented with a driver’s licence.
- Clinical or nursing background is advantageous
