Job Responsibilities:

• Exercises discretion and independent judgment developing detailed project plans and daily activities of project team members
• Contributes to and review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, resourcing implications, cost baseline, and operating projects; negotiates minor changes to project specifications/scope, as needed
• Evaluate the progress of a project to detect risks, limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
• Direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standard and procedures
• Designs project activities, interface, and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
• Responsible for coordinating a small team of specialists to implement project tasks
• Manages multiple concurrent/parallel projects with competing timelines and deadlines; utilizes formal project planning techniques
• Unravels, defines, and documents complex business/technical requirements and processes, participating in technical advisory roles, as required
• Actively leads and collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams, providing technical direction on systems analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of effective business applications
• Responsible for ensuring timely and effective delivery solutions into production and handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
• Participate in educational programs to update job knowledge and expand personal network

Job Requirements:

• As least 3 years project management experience or 5 years Information Technology engineer or architect related experience preferred
• Degree in Computer Science or other related fields and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required
• Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Certification in project management (PMP) preferred; ScrumMaster (CSM) advantageous
• Gaming or Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge in MS-Office, MS-Visio, MS-Projects, MS-SQL and MS-PowerPoint
