MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide input to develop marketing campaign & promotion program, which bases on brand positioning.

• Strictly follow up execution with vendor & make alignment with related stake-holder to ensure marketing campaign and promotion program on time & in quality.

• Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning.

• Cooperate with related partners (in-house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance. Evaluate effectiveness of promotion program & propose solution/area to improve.

• Tracking & evaluate effectiveness of promotion program, manage stock left of promotion gift, propose solution/area to improve if issue happens.

• Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information.

• Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products.

• Collect, compile, verify data of internal sales, retailer audit, product/promotion performance, customer/consumer feedback & behavior and make report to relevant managers.

• Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities

• Coordinate with relevant to consolidate budget and activities KPI and monitor spending activities to ensure actual spend inline with budget plan.

• Ensure all business activities comply with the WHO code, Viet Nam code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience - More than 1-2 years

Experience Details

  • Relevant experience in assistant brand manager role in the MNC FMCG/ Technology/ Retail/ Healthcare industry
  • At least 3-4 years at brand executive level
  • Prior experience in marketing, accounting, digital agency, project management is preferable
