Join us at NatWest Boxed as a Product Manager for the Colleague Experience team  

We’re looking for someone to lead and be accountable for the success and outcomes of the cross-functional teams building our suite of operational tools to be used by our operations staff and those of our clients.

  • You’ll be managing a team of Product Owners, Technical Writers and Business Analysts to maximise the impact of features that are developed working in partnership with Engineering Managers

What you'll do

We’re looking for a true leader who wants to take full ownership of their role. You’ll demonstrate this by delivering new and enhanced products across all categories while keeping an eye on regulation and legislative requirements. 

You’ll also be:

  • Developing a vision for the direction of your mission team in the context of the wider Natwest Boxed vision
  • Working with your teams to understand and solve colleague and user problems aligned with our vision and business OKRs
  • Creating loved products, drive colleague engagement and efficiencies to help the Boxed business scale
  • Ensuring product ways of working are being adopted and continuously improved by your teams as part of the end-to-end product lifecycle, with time spent appropriately across discovery, delivery and measuring performance
  • Championing a culture of experimentation and iteration in Natwest Boxed
  • Ensuring  that work is appropriately scoped, estimated delivery goals are understood and progress against goals is clearly communicated to business stakeholders

The skills you'll need

You’ll already be a capable and experienced product leader with knowledge of how to drive customer value, meet deadlines on budget, and with the ability to demonstrate strategic talents. Your communication skills need to be excellent and you’ll have a commitment to succeed in everything you do.

You’ll also be expected to have:

  • Experience in product leadership, preferably in financial services
  • Experience in building front end tooling for bank operations staff or strong knowledge of banking operational processes
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Confidence leading successful consumer products from concept to adoption, with experience in all stages of the product life cycle
