Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial batch processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform error correction and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Research and resolve technical issues using PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and workflow automation.
• Work with Oracle PL/SQL to manage and manipulate data.
• Leverage experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Apex to support and enhance applications.
• Use job schedulers like Automic to automate and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud, and Oracle Apex.
• Familiarity with job schedulers such as Automic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial systems and batch processing.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and tools.
