The Paralegal will provide direct support to lawyers by performing delegated legal work. This position supports attorneys within the Projects Real Estate practice area, which has a focus on real estate matters for energy projects. This individual will assist lawyers in reviewing and analyzing due diligence documents, preparing real estate closing documents, state and county filings and recordings, and authorization and resolution documents, and act as a liaison between lawyers, associates, title companies, surveyors and clients.
