We are hiring a RAR Specialist to join our RAR team!

SUMMARY

Are you an experienced spa repair expert? Under minimal supervision, the RAR Specialist will be responsible for repairing cracks in spa shell, plumbing repairs, spraying foam, trouble shooting and functional testing of spas, refurbishing spa side skirts, cleaning spas, and wrapping spas for return to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Can you troubleshoot? You’ll review and diagnose/trouble shoot spas to determine product non-conformances.
• Are you knowledgeable in spa repair?  You will successfully perform all types of spa repairs, including plumbing, wood, cracked shell and blister repairs.
• Can you test? You’ll perform functional testing on spas and trouble shoot electrical system.
• Are you a strong communicator? You will provide product feedback to Lead or supervisor. 
• Are you efficiency minded? You will work closely with Lead to improve repair process to help decrease costs and improve efficiency.
• Are you a team player? Working in a team environment, you may perform other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, owner’s operating manual, and service procedure manuals
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
• Strong ability to work in a team environment

Hiring Range: $19.90 - $31.00
