Job Description
The BD Ops Sales Support Consultant II will enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams by refining sales processes, providing critical data analysis, and supporting cross-departmental collaborations. This position drives the success of the business development strategies through expert support and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities
• Create and deliver training to sales staff, elevating team competencies and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to synchronize efforts and maximize impact.
• Oversee and optimize the use of our CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.
• Analyze sales metrics and data to inform and guide strategic decisions.
• evelop and fine-tune sales strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
• Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Manage projects aimed at enhancing sales operational capacities.

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 63,000.00 - 98,475.00 annually.
