Join the Marketing and Corporate Affairs (MCA) team as a Manager in Ad Tech Delivery, where we help shape the future of customer engagement through data-driven insights and precision tagging. Our team partners across paid media, product marketing, digital and tech to ensure our platforms are tagged effectively, enabling smarter decisions and seamless customer journeys. 

Do work that matters 

As a Manager in our Ad Tech Delivery chapter, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining tagging infrastructure across our marketing and origination pages. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders—including paid media, analytics, and product teams—to ensure tagging and segmentation are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business goals. 

You’ll also help interpret tagging data, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the evolution of our measurement frameworks. Your work will directly support campaign performance & customer segmentation. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead tagging implementation across key digital assets using GA4 and Campaign Manager 360 and connect journeys to Conversion APIs 

  • Collaborate with paid media teams to ensure tagging supports campaign objectives and audience targeting 

  • Liaise with product teams to validate tagging accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies 

  • Maintain and evolve tagging documentation, including data dictionaries, measurement frameworks and audience strategy maps. 

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of tagging strategies for new products and journeys 

  • Support the creation and maintenance of CDP based 1P audiences 

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who have: 

  • Experience with any of the following: Google Analytics 4, Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe analytics and CAPI/S2S 

  • Familiarity with customer journey tracking, campaign tagging, and conversion measurement 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language 

  • A passion for data integrity and a keen eye for detail 

  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams 

  • 3+ years in digital analytics, ad tech, paid digital media or marketing technology roles 

  • Experience with GenAI and other ML/AI applications
