We are looking for a talented individual to join our Asia HR team in Shanghai.
As HR Manager, you will coach, advise and support people managers on People & Culture topics. With opportunities for region-wide project involvement, you will be a member of the Asia People function team, whereby you will get to collaborate with Asia and Global People Experience teams (HR Center of Excellence) across the MMC businesses,
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement People & Culture initiatives that are aligned with business strategies and regional People goals, including initiatives that further strengthens our Colleague Value Proposition, Our collective Purpose, organizational redesign and change management for client groups in your care.
- Provide local insights for talent planning, succession, performance management, and support talent development programs such as coaching, training, and diversity initiatives.
- Advise and support People Managers on employee engagement, employee relations, and performance improvement processes, collaborating with ER teams to mitigate risks.
- Partner with the People Experience team (HR Center of Excellence) to enhance HR-business partnership , including performance management, skills development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, establish cross-functional relationships, and manage key HR metrics and ad hoc requests from senior leadership.

- Proven experience in HR business partnering
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills to develop actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills.
