Position Summary
This role is required be based in our New York City office, generally ~3 days a week on‐site.
The Senior Analyst of Behavior Change Marketing Operations is at the center of
operational and project management workstreams in the NYC-based "Behavior Change Pods" agile marketing organization. Did you know: 6 out of 10 adults have a chronic disease, and 4 out of 10 of two or more. 9 out of 10 adults lack the health knowledge and resources needed to manage care and prevent disease! That’s where the Behavior Change marketing team comes in – using advanced analytics and cutting-edge marketing tools to send health prompts to members, guiding them to manage their health and navigate the complex care system in a friendly way.
The Senior Analyst of Marketing Operations will own and execute marketing operations for a portfolio of "Next Best Actions" campaigns that help over 20 million Aetna members get healthier, reduce medical cost, and raise member satisfaction. Bachelor's Degree in marketing preferred or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$50,188.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
