Role summary:The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions. What you'll do: - Lead large, cross‑functional programs across business units and geographies, defining vision, success metrics, and execution strategies.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure ServiceNow HR solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Engage and influence senior leaders across People Services, Tech, and the business, clearly communicating progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Provide technical oversight for planning, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HR capabilities.
- Mentor Staff TPMs and team members to promote excellence and innovation.
- Anticipate risks, drive change management, and ensure smooth adoption.
- Maintain operational rigor through best‑practice tracking and documentation tools.
What you'll bring: - 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale HR technology programs, preferably within Walmart or similarly complex environments
- Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow domain.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of program management tools and methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in mentoring senior-level TPMs and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Growth mindset, with a passion for innovation, simplification, and delivering measurable business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
