Hospice RN Clinical Team Manager

Branch: Sallisaw, OK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Oversee the coordination and quality of care provided during the hospice benefit period.
    • Inspire, mentor, and engage your team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve professional growth.
  • Patient Care Oversight:

    • Ensure the safe, cost-effective delivery of professional and supportive services to clients.
    • Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards.
  • Clinical Excellence:

    • Oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
    • Promote staff engagement and well-being while fostering a culture of safety.
  • Administrative Duties:

    • Supervise daily operations to meet organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Branch Director to ensure alignment with the company's mission.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in science or Bachelor’s degree from a School of Nursing (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in Home Health or Hospice, with leadership experience (preferred).
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
