Scope of work 

Responsible for the overall support services for staff scheduling process. Must be able to communicate well with staff. Performs the scheduling function as directed. Works collaboratively with other personnel in matters related to scheduling coverage aspects of patient careAssists with patient scheduling function as needed. Completes all functions of the staff scheduling process (i.e. block schedule, vacation calendar etc.)Transcribes scheduling information, staff schedules in a timely manner.

Qualifications 

  • Required High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred Associate's Degree in related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience office, word processing, data entry, computer applications, office coordination, supervision, secretarial, Administrative Assistant, health care, customer service, medical office setting Required
