Key responsibilities

  • Enhance store operational control to ensure the compliance with the company policy and procedures by identifying measures and areas of improvement
  • Deliver analysis reports on regular basis
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly financial closing and the calculation and reconciliation of manager commissions
  • Support all New store openings / Closing / Relocation
  • Support execution of Global/Regional Retail Operations programs
  • Support the on-boarding experience and training of new store managers
  • Assist in managing external vendors
  • Develop and maintain inventory control and loss prevention best practices
  • Assist with the management and forecasting of budgets as necessary
  • Miscellaneous related tasks/projects as assigned

Job requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2years of experience in a retail environment as operations, financial or business analyst, or equivalent role
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative data
  • Ability to articulate key financial measures, and how they are used in key systems/tools
  • Assess various risks and opportunities, understand what analysis or insight is required and drive to a decision.
  • Analyze and quantify the impact of decisions and if necessary proactively identify creative new approaches
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and flexibility to fit in a fast-paced environment and dynamic situation
  • A team player, self-driven, hands-on, problem solver with good analytical skills
  • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an often-ambiguous environment
  • Ability to balance support of office objectives with empathy for competing demands for retail field staff
  • Strong detail orientation and thoroughness
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of cross functional partners – both internal and external.
  • Comfort with systems and high proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Prior experience with SAP a plus
