Responsibilities

• Review and approve employee expense reports in Acumatica
• Review AP bill entries for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with team members across multiple departments
• Assist with administrative accounting tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA not required)
• Minimum GPA of 3.4
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel 
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
