Responsibilities:

Manage complex sales opportunities, providing technical expertise and developing solutions that meet customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and successful sales experience.
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and R&D) to ensure that technical solutions meet customer expectations.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring profitable sales.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on the sales pipeline.
Product Development Feedback:
Gather customer feedback on products and services, relaying insights to internal teams to drive product improvement.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Identify potential risks in sales opportunities and work proactively to mitigate them.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
Expertise in technical sales and solution development.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
