Job Description Summary:

The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Chief of Staff and will be involved and support a variety of workstreams within Consumer Engineering.

Prepare & analyze data such as Census, OKRs, KPIs, Roadmaps and other reporting requirements. Work with engineering teams to ensure data hygiene is maintained reporting is up to date and accurate.

Assist with workforce planning and capacity planning of both FTEs and contract workers.

Support BizOps team with the creation, maintenance and execution of training, communications, and best practices for the org.

Support Employee Engagement efforts in partnership with HR. 

Lead or contribute to special projects as needed.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$52800 to $136510
