Job Description
Our company is located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), which are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes. The FP&A department is responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes.
The FP&A Specialist global role is responsible for supporting financial planning and reporting activities delivered to a specific set of markets / regions and for cooperation with other FP&A Associate Analysts up to Senior FP&A Analysts to deliver on assigned activities.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with local markets to develop budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages.
Provide analysis and reporting to finance and business teams.
Build and maintain relationships with finance and business stakeholders.
Support finance and commercial leaders with high-quality FP&A services.
Enhance planning and analytical activities through collaboration.
Foster a global mindset and embrace diverse cultures within the FP&A team.
Implement consistent processes and tools for market support.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses using financial tools.
Drive continuous improvement in budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure accuracy in KPIs and SLAs, maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Uphold company policies and demonstrate positive leadership in the FP&A team.
Requirements:
Advanced PC Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.
Financial Systems Proficiency: Experience with SAP, BPC, FSA, or other databases.
Accounting Standards Knowledge: Proficient in US GAAP and/or IFRS.
3+ years in controlling, forecasting, and management reporting.
Additional Skills
Strong FP&A planning and reporting skills.
Business-level English fluency (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Positive attitude, analytical skills, and proactive management style.
High integrity and commitment to education and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
Knowledge of internal controls and process standardization.
FP&A support experience for Sales and Marketing organizations.
