Position Summary

This role will focus on the planning, coordination, and execution of partner-related marketing activities, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful and aligned brand communications. New member will take ownership of multiple projects, from campaign setup to reporting, and ensure smooth collaboration across partners and channels.

Role and Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of joint marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with external partners
• Coordinate creative asset development and ensure consistency with brand and campaign guidelines
• Align and support both above-the-line and on-site marketing efforts, in collaboration with internal and partner teams
• Manage communication and approval workflows for campaign assets and brand materials
• Monitor budget allocations and assist in managing marketing spend across joint initiatives
• Prepare and deliver campaign updates and performance summaries to key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with partners and respond to marketing-related requests
• Track competitor marketing trends and support regular reporting efforts

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on brand, partner, or campaign management
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong understanding of marketing channels (ATL, BTL, Digital)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and local language
