The DT Field Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for the Americas serves as the primary bridge between Field Operations and Digital Technology, translating business needs into simple, scalable, and technology-enabled solutions. This role owns the end-to-end technology experience for field-facing tools, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities, clearly defined, and positioned for strong adoption. The BRM partners cross-functionally with Architecture, Cyber, and Delivery teams to guide requests through governance, assess feasibility, and drive alignment. Through this work, the role enables faster decision-making, greater transparency, and measurable improvements in field productivity, service quality, and customer outcomes
On a typical day you will:
Partner with field leaders to understand day-to-day challenges and identify opportunities where technology can improve productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
Shape and refine business requests to clearly define the problem, impacted users, and expected outcomes, helping teams focus on high-value opportunities.
Coordinate across technology teams to evaluate ideas, align on priorities, and move work forward in a way that balances speed, feasibility, and business impact.
Guide requests through intake and decision processes to ensure transparency, faster turnaround, and alignment to organizational goals.
Communicate progress and tradeoffs in clear, practical terms so business partners can make informed decisions and adjust priorities as needed.
Build trusted relationships across field operations by staying closely connected to frontline teams and bringing their voice into technology planning.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by gathering feedback from users and helping shape future enhancements that drive measurable results.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing a flexible schedule across office, field, and virtual settings while prioritizing the most impactful work.
Lead or contribute to key initiatives such as field productivity tools, onboarding improvements, and service process enhancements that directly impact mechanics and customers.
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of field technology experience
Build strong relationships with business leaders and frontline teams, listening actively and translating needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive measurable impact
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, simplifying complex concepts into practical insights that enable informed decision-making.
Collaborate effectively across functions, working with technical and non-technical teams to align priorities, assess options, and move initiatives forward.
Manage competing priorities with discipline and focus, ensuring the most valuable work is clearly defined, prioritized, and progressed efficiently.
Show business acumen and curiosity, understanding how field operations work and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and customer outcomes.
Operate with independence and accountability, taking ownership of outcomes while adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
