Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates expertise in PEX (Process Excellence) related processes, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive process excellence across service delivery.
• Mentors other PEX team members by leading discussions within the community of practice and delivering training on all related PEX processes, following a culture of excellence approach.
• Applies analytics models effectively in business processes and provides recommendations for actively improving them, collaborating with Continuous Improvement (CI) and Project Management Office (PMO).
• Supports cross-functional project teams in problem identification, process mapping, data analysis, to solutions to address root causes or propose solution.
• Works with GSC (Global Service Center) service delivery teams to diagnose, understand, resolve, and enhance end-to-end transactional processes based on service delivery needs and priorities.

Qualifications

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university completed.
• 3+ years of working experience with processes.
• Previous experience with process development and/or business process redesign is a must.
• Knowledge Data Modeling - basic
• Previous experience working with SAP will be an advantage.
• Experience in Data Analysis would be preferable. 
• 2+ year of previous experience in Process Excellence area will be an advantage.

Knowledge and skills:

• Fluent English language knowledge
• Ability to work on various tasks at the same time & prioritize tasks with supervision.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel – intermediate and Power BI - intermediate)
• Basic project management skills
• Ability to work on data quality and data management.
• Collaboration in diverse environments
• Communication, presentation, and meetings management skills
• Ability to cope with complexity and uncertainty.
• Basic knowledge of Statistics/Minitab will be an advantage.
• Knowledge Power Planform, Programming Language will be as advantage
