This person will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around France.

Main Responsibilities:

  • <point>Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt's platform.</point>
  • <point>Travel on a regular basis to onboard new drivers around France cities.</point>
  • <point>Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation.</point>
  • <point>Be an ambassador for Bolt and coach partners to improve their performance.</point>
  • <point>Be the primary point of contact for our key accounts and resolve any issues they might have.</point>
  • <point>Work with headquarters to improve existing processes.</point>
