Position Overview:

As a Partner Product Manager at RingCentral, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of solutions tailored to our Global Service Provider GSP and Channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with sales teams to capture new product and business requirements from our partners, and then work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations to develop and deliver these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with sales teams to understand partner needs and capture new product and business requirements.

  • Advocate for partner needs internally and ensure their requirements are prioritized and accurately translated into product features.

  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to develop and deliver partner solutions.

  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of partner solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and partner feedback to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in product management, business development, or related role, with a focus on partner or ecosystem products.

  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, channel sales, and B2B business models.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate partner needs into actionable product strategies.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering successful products and driving revenue growth.

  • Fluent in English
