We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Manager role to be in Poland

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving development of strategies and resulting marketing/promotional programs to stimulate demand for given portfolio of products/services and ensures proper execution of these programs.

  • Making recommendations based on the analysis of market /competitive dynamics and KOLs’ insights;

  • Managing promotional budget allocated to given portfolio

  • Developing educational and promotional materials and other specific promotional tools/programs/activities to support marketing plan implementation, in a strict accordance to the HCBI guidelines,

  • Building strong business relationships with KOLs and relevant scientific societies

  • Monitoring industry/market/competitive developments;

  • Providing relevant product trainings to sales/other teams;

  • Driving new product introductions (NPI) adoption;

  • Actively participating and contributing to the business planning process;

  • Ensuring full alignment with EMEA/CEE strategies/guidelines for given portfolio;

  • Partnering with key focus groups and patient societies, if/as relevant;

  • Partnering with ProfEd to ensure full alignment

  • Administrating equipment and advertising materials entrusted to him/her;

  • Driving cross-functional cooperation around the portfolio as required (SC, CS, deliver etc)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 205 000 to 354 200 PLN Gross Annually.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company,

operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months,

subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be

required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that,

following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by

DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be
