Running point as the Center of Excellence for the entire One-Citi franchise, across the vast product range from IBD to Global Markets, as well as functioning across time zones to provide a truly global reach, this GFO candidate will dedicatedly serve Asian Family Offices and their p / matriarchs, just like the team.
With a Pan Asia focus, s/he is expected to be actively engaged in front line client activities, from prospecting to deepening the relationship, from identifying the needs of a solution to showcasing our successes on industry panels, the candidate is expected to deliver high impact solutions. Furthermore, as an internal champion of complex transactions, this role will require experiences / knowledge of IBD and PB departments, to connect-the-dots effectively, with a strategic mindset and to optimally print the trades.
Expected Time Allocation:
IBD Origination – M&A, ECM (Privates), DCM = 50%
Focus on a Solution with Sales mentality, not platform focused = 30%
Overall GFO responsibilities – Coverage, Prospecting, Penetration with Asian FO trends, selling CPB products = 20%
