Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for engaging stakeholders, customers, providing functional expertise, vision, oversight, and coordination across a portfolio of IT solutions being developed in that domain.   Understand business process, provide necessary analysis, functional design and management of their related IT requirements.  Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements, provide delivery training and necessary materials if required.  If necessary, leads initiatives and projects.

Key Activities:

  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives
  • Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets
  • Works with Domain Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
  • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
  • Support System Integration Testing Activities and provides necessary Key User Training
  • Involved with both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Solid understanding of business process.
  • Assist in providing guidance to team members
  • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
  • Help and lead the analysis of system architecture and business process for more effective overall solutions
  • Works with outside partners to ensure SBD requirements are met
  • Lead functional activities, Initiatives and projects if needed

  • Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments ​
  • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities

Education/Experience

  • Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 3-4 years relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 0-3 years of leadership experience a plus
