About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Trailhead is the fun way to learn Salesforce. It’s transforming how people build skills and keeping our global Salesforce ecosystem of employees, partners, customers, and Trailblazers learning, growing, and connected. Trailhead helps internal sellers, solution engineers, and other customer-facing teams, along with our wider customer community, build expertise through guided learning paths that break concepts into small, practical steps. It’s modular, social, gamified, and most important, genuinely fun.

The Product Enablement team leverages the power of the Trailhead platform to bring world-class learning experiences to Salesforce employees. We combine our experience as learning designers with our deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite to create scalable training content for all roles, geos, and experience levels. As a Content Lead for Agentforce Service, you will craft best-in-industry product learning to enable our global employees to sell, demonstrate, and implement Agentforce Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop product learning content that is engaging, fun, and relevant to internal employee audiences, all in the style and tone of Trailhead.
  • Lead the delivery and maintenance of gold-standard Level 1-Level 3 product learning journeys for Agentforce Service and associated L2 products.
  • Lead the delivery of business-critical quarterly learning content aligned to specific cloud and cross-cloud strategic initiatives (e.g. semi-annual Corporate Message Certification).
  • Develop, deliver, and test agentic components for internal Trailhead content (Sales Coach, Agentforce Quizzes).
  • Develop and deliver 'On Release' product trails aligned to 3x/annual product releases and major Salesforce events (CKO, Laulima, Dreamforce).
  • Support learning design and content delivery for live learning sessions, including hands-on Demo Lab sessions and in-person workshops (e.g. workshops at CKO).
  • Complete 3x/annual content maintenance cycles, updating all owned content with messaging and feature changes, in partnership with product stakeholders.
  • Drive project management and stakeholder management for all owned product learning content, ensuring seamless communication across product and field readiness teams.
  • Anticipate and understand changing product, audience and business drivers and adapt to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on Salesforce products, with a focus on Agentforce Service.
  • Manage content from start to finish, from the initial outline to the finished product, through rounds of edits and revisions with SMEs, stakeholders, editors and testers.
  • Be accountable for on-time, high-quality delivery of all owned content releases, proactively managing risks to deadlines..

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design principles (including adult learning theory) and a proven track record of creating successful, scalable learning solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with AI/LLM technologies to build and deliver instructional content (e.g., using generative AI for assessments or simulations).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce enablement platforms (Trailhead, ACT) and project management tools (GUS).
  • Ability to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast.
  • Demonstrated ability for creative thinking and project management leading complex projects with minimal oversight.
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and fluctuating environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
