Sales Compensation Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable for the processing of Sales Incentives, addressing staff queries, updating process documentation, maintaining and analysing data, and pursuing ongoing learning in Sales Compensation and HR tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge in sales compensation, to influence Arrow’s sales compensation strategy, and exposure to a wide group of stakeholders, including senior management at Arrow.
