Participate in our Catalyst Summer Leadership Program for a chance to learn about RKL's culture, develop key leadership skills and interview for an internship or full time entry-level role upon graduation.

The program date is Thursday, June 25- Friday, June 26 with a requirement of staying onsite at the venue.

  Education, Experience and Certifications:

  •Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics

  •Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

  •Desire to pursue the CPA for Accounting majors

  •Strong communication and problem solving skills

  •Being a team player with strong work ethic

  •Must be available to attend specified dates
