Summary: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions. SAP CRM Configuration: Configure SAP CRM modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Service) to meet specific business requirements. Good to have knowledge on business roles, transaction launchers, BMD/TMD (business and technical master data), middleware, bdocs, idocs, replication flow, partner functions, partner determination procedure, categorization schema, navigation bar profile, user role assignment, EEWB/AET etc. Develop functional specifications for new functionalities or enhancements in SAP CRM and work with technical teams for implementation. Customization -Perform SAP CRM customization as needed, including BAdIs, enhancement spots, and user exits. Testing: Design test cases and scenarios for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).Post-Go-Live Support/production Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP CRM systems after implementation. Good to have knowledge on incident/problem/change management. Project Management: Participate in SAP CRM project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations, customizations, and business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to work with databases and data management tools. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - SAP Tools: Strong knowledge of SAP GUI, Web UI, and middleware. - Integration: Experience with SAP ECC integration and third-party applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant. SAP CRM Modules: Expertise in SAP CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service) and hands-on experience with customizing and configuring these modules. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
