Our Newest Opportunity: 

This role provides hands-on support to financial advisors by gathering client information, creating financial plans, and delivering presentations using financial planning software. You'll become an expert on OneDigital's financial planning process and platform, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of OneDigital's financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro)

    and associated technology. Assist in exploring and implementing new workflows to

    enhance efficiency within the financial planning process.

  • Assist with gathering client data, analyzing financial situations, and crafting financial

    plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

  • Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and visually appealing

    presentations for client meetings.

  • Partner with the team to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and

    improved data management within the financial planning process.

  • Work closely with financial advisors to understand their needs and provide ongoing

    support. Maintain open communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Actively research and learn about the latest trends and best practices in financial

    planning and associated technology.


Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Some experience with financial planning software and technology, MoneyGuidePro preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven success with multi-tasking and managing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients on financial concepts.
  • Continual learner mentality, able to adopt new solutions and interpret the impact of new laws for prospective clients.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Business travel up to 25%.


Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred), or relevant experience in retirement plan service.
  • CFP® Certification preferred.
  • 0-5 years of experience in financial planning.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
