YOUR MISSION:
Lead and support sourcing activities, including complex sourcing exercises, RFIs, and RFPs, to deliver category strategies and achieve market unit objectives.
Conduct upfront market research and supplier identification to inform category projects and procurement decisions.
Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and effective execution of sourcing, procurement, and category management activities.
Analyze sourcing activities and supplier performance, contributing to KPI reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement in category strategy delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at both global and market unit levels to support effective category delivery.
Perform total cost of ownership analyses to evaluate and drive continuous cost improvement initiatives.
Gather and prepare monthly performance data, executive reports, and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress.
Support additional functions such as supply market research, sales and business development, spend and contract analysis, category planning, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver business objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
University Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution with demonstrated success negotiating purchasing agreements.
Advanced English and Polish (B2+) language skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage multi-phase initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication skills including stakeholder management, relationship building, and formal presentation abilities, adaptable to diverse corporate cultures and organizational structures.
Proactive, customer-focused team player who is forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while embracing continuous learning and delivering strong results.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced German (B2+).
