This role is a therapeutically aligned, field-based position where frequent travel within British Columbia is required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build Strategic Scientific Relationships:

  • Develop and nurture scientific partnerships with key external experts and stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex scientific data into impactful insights will shape medical education and drive meaningful healthcare conversations.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • As a field-based expert, you'll bridge the gap between GSK's internal teams and external healthcare professionals. Share critical insights to support GSK's business strategies while promoting cross-functional teamwork.

Engage with Agility:

  • In this fast-paced role, you’ll engage in scientific discussions, support clinical development, and provide value through proactive, non-promotional interactions with key healthcare stakeholders.

Lead Scientific Congresses:

  • Be the face of GSK at major scientific events. Plan and execute engagement strategies, contribute to high-level discussions, and deliver scientific summaries that drive GSK's mission forward.

Support Clinical Development and Training:

  • Help identify clinical trial sites, contribute to evidence-generation efforts, and provide advanced scientific training for GSK teams. Your expertise will ensure GSK’s scientific knowledge is shared and applied effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, Ph.D., PharmD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a MSL role, ideally within cardiology or endocrinology.
  • Proven ability to foster strong scientific relationships and present data with credibility.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for strategic execution and teamwork.
  • Strong knowledge of medical information regulations in Canada.
  • Experience with reimbursement processes in the Canadian healthcare system.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70%, primarily within British Columbia.
