X-Ray Technician - Westchester Medical Group - Larchmont - Per Diem- Day Flex

NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Groups (NYPMG) Multispecialty Practice is part of the physician enterprise of NewYork-Presbyterian, one of the nation’s most comprehensive academic health care delivery systems affiliated with two world-renowned medical schools.  Through primary care and multispecialty medical practices, the physicians and other health care professionals of NYPMG, in collaboration with ColumbiaDoctors and Weill Cornell Physicians, provide families with high quality, patient-centered care close to home in the New York metropolitan area.

As an integral member of the New York-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG) healthcare team, the X-Ray Technician upholds the NYP mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives to provide the highest level of patient centered care.

In this role, the X-Ray Technician will prepare patients for radiologic examinations in a professional and courteous manner. Operate stationary and mobile x‑ray equipment and processes films according to established procedures. Additional job related duties as needed.

This is a per-diem position - Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM with late night and rotating Saturday coverage as needed. Floating to other Westchester Medical Group locations may be required.

Primary location is located at 1329 Boston Post Road, Larchmont, NY,

Required Criteria:

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Graduate of an approved Radiology (2 year) program.
• NYS X-Ray Technologist License
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
• Exceptional customer service qualities.
