What You Will Do:

  • Leads Salesforce Technical team (Salesforce Business Analysts, Administrators, and Developers) and manages weekly priorities of technical team (admins, developers, and support)
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of overall SFDC architecture and platform.
  • Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support
  • Demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment including support and ability to drive and motivate the team who is responsible for delivery
  • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development team
  • Release Management and Planning based on effort/schedule estimation and resources availability
  • Manage backlog estimation, requirement, impact analysis, design, and development
  • System Monitoring, Error Logs, Support, and maintenance - Reviews Salesforce Release Documentation, follows Salesforce Roadmap and identifies improvements that can be applied in our org or new functionality that we can benefit from, along with assuring any feature retirements are addressed / covered
  • Responsible for ensuring that the system delivered accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams, testing team and others
  • Manages integrations with other applications/systems/processes & support
  • Works independently with members of the user community to gather requirements, define, document, and solution requirements, then drive the configuration and development of the solution
  • Implements change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity and coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new configuration and development requests with the team
  • Works with Salesforce product owner to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assists in training of support team, new users, and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Lead the effort of technical documentation such as Technical Design Documents, Deployment Packages etc., as a part of project implementation


What You Will Need:

  • 9+ Years of Experience with 8 years in Salesforce, with last 4 years assisting in designing a Salesforce solution using a formal development methodology (Waterfall, JAD, AGILE etc...) with hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and any experience on Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud is an added bonus.
  • Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System and MuleSoft
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.
  • Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs or Any Tool/ESB (Informatica/Mules/Cast-iron).
  • Expert level knowledge in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages and strong expertise on LWC, JavaScript, CSS and Aura framework
  • Expert level experience in REST, SOAP, Bulk API and hands on experience in designing and developing complex integrations between salesforce and third party applications
  • Understanding to Salesforce object model, governor limits and best practices
  • Compliment hands-on experience with Front end languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Data loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, API’s JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS).
  • Experience building SQL tables and queries, understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in IT or computer Science field
  • Must have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 certifications
  • PD2, Architect certification, Community cloud and Marketing Cloud consultant certifications would be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills
