We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for Digital Workspace – Airports, a mission‑critical platform used by airline and airport teams to manage day‑of‑travel operations. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, operational excellence, and modern digital platforms, and is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and intuitive solutions for airport environments worldwide.

You will work closely with engineering, UX, operations, commercial, and customer stakeholders to define priorities, translate customer needs into product outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the Digital Workspace Airports portfolio.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis

  • Ensure alignment to technology strategy throughout product life cycle

  • Translate airport and airline customer needs into clear product requirements across check‑in, boarding, gate operations, baggage, and day‑of‑travel workflows.

  • Write scrum team stories, acceptance criteria

  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of features, enhancements, regulatory mandates, balancing customer value, risk, and delivery capacity.

  • Understand/monitor product's competitive and market landscape

  • Support sales engineering and commercial/delivery/care teams

  • Drive customer engagement through roadmap discussions, discovery sessions, beta testing, and feedback loops with airline and airport stakeholders.

  • Monitor and improve product performance, usability, and reliability, using data, analytics, and operational insights to inform decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and mandates, including those impacting airport and day‑of‑travel operations.

  • Support go‑to‑market activities, customer communications, and enablement in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Be the product's subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams

  • Attend scrum ceremonies and provide guidance to scrum teams

  • Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issues

  • Conduct demos (internal or external, as needed)


Qualifications Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience working with Airline technology

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering complex, enterprise‑grade software products.

  • Strong ability to work in high‑availability, operationally critical environments where reliability and performance are essential.

  • Experience translating complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.

  • Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
