Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Associate, Customer Excellence to join our Customer Excellence (CX) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for customer service, billing inquiries, and issue resolution while ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
This is a frontline position based in our Manila Global Center of Excellence, where you will report directly to the Customer Excellence Supervisor to ensure first-class service delivery.
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and disputes, facilitating smooth onboarding and training customers to optimize their use of Iron Mountain products.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Global Customer Excellence functions, to ensure alignment on account management and timely resolution of complex issues.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards by accurately generating invoices, maintaining account records, and following delegated authority guidelines for issue resolution and escalation.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in customer care, billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, ideally within a shared service center or global organization.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Oracle), Customer Relationship Management software, and basic accounting principles.
Proven ability in problem-solving, active listening, and empathetic communication to resolve disputes and identify root causes of customer concerns.
Basic College degree or current enrollment in a college program with at least 70% completion
