The Opportunity:
Be an integral part of a small team providing operations and maintenance support of Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination Services (GETS) application.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze user's requirements, concept of operations, and high-level systems architectures to support operations and maintenance of application
- Guide users in formulating and decomposing requirements into user stories for developers
- Provide system engineering program lifecycle support in the development, testing, deployment and operations and maintenance of operational baseline
- Develop and maintain life-cycle engineering support documentation
- Resolve incidents and problems and coordinates resolution with developers and users
- Reviews task proposal requirements, gathers information, analyzes data, prepares project synopses, compares alternatives, prepares specifications for new and changing requirements
- Adhere and support AGILE process-based development including engineering spikes to evaluate and provide solutions
- Coordinates with NGA’s Orchestration Services and other external entities tracking schedules, backlog, release train processes and execution
- Coordinates with key stakeholders and Corrective, Adaptive, Preventative, and Perfective maintenance activities to provide cross-team integration, escalate impediments, and help manage risks
- When able support team in determining root cause analysis
- Interfaces with external ISP activities coordinating changes to infrastructure supporting GETS applications and services
- Maintain continuing education requirements for holding system administrative access
- Brief government stakeholders on development updates and quarterly planning activities
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance and willingness to obtain Polygraph
- BA/BS in related fi eld or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Facilitating all phases of applications sustainment, maintenance, testing and deployment activities, independent of supervisory guidance
- Experience coordinating with external entities tracking schedules, backlog, release train processes and execution
- Experience with cross-team integration efforts
- Experience with briefing senior leaders and/or government stakeholders
- Experience with geospatial information systems
Desired:
- Experience utilizing Geospatial Intelligence Enterprise Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination Services(GETS) in analyst capacity
- Knowledge and experience as SCRUM Lead supporting a virtual development team
- Experience utilizing JIRA
- Experience utilizing SPLUNK to pull reports

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,700 - $122,200
