Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Data Support Analyst to join our ESG team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and validating data quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data quality requirements, analyze year-over-year changes, and assess their impact alongside Product Management and Engineering. You should have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Data Set Upload Sheets for integration into the Diligent ESG solution from multiple sources
  • Build expected test results to ensure uploaded data is behaving accurately in the system
  • Check and validate the accuracy of system Data Sets after updates are implemented
  • Collaborate with the ESG team and cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing data Quality requirements and ensure compliance with ESG reporting standards
  • Review managed Data Set updates, identify year-over-year changes, and work closely with Product Management and Engineering to assess the impact of these changes

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Sustainability, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (optional).
