Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be engaged in the maintenance and support of applications for Investech operations at Wellington. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting various issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring that data integration with other applications is seamless. You will also be responsible for managing client custom data and file delivery, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance metrics and implement improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in JasperReports, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus. - Strong understanding of data reporting and visualization techniques. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with cloud services and application integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in JasperReports. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
